Frustrating, why doesn't the club update the Senior side on the web site we still have players on there that has departed the club, other clubs update within hours we keep them on there until the new year.

Because only the saddest fans like us care about it at this time of year. [emoji14]

What do you guys see as the floor for Paddy Mac next season? I'd take 25/30 from him but I fully expect him to go 35/40 majors.

He only played 10 full games for 14 goals last season, so 30 or so shouldn't be a stretch.
2 goals in a 14% game time ( concussion ) game suggests he may be getting ready to kick a bag or two.
While we have Membrey (44), and Bruce (38) still getting good scores it should make our forward line fairly effective.

I reckon 20+ games from Pmac would be a good starting point .
If he plays consistently the goals will look after themselves .
Im expecting a big year from Josh Bruce .

You've offered the perfect segue to my next question. ;)

Where do you see his goal share coming from? The side in general will kick more and he'll fill that void? Or will Riewoldt, Membrey, Bruce kick less and he'll eat into their share?

Yep. No goal targets for Paddy from me. Just getting through the season without being knocked out again would be a win.

Little of both we had some shockers where we couldn't score hurt everyones out put and Roo played forward a few games 9 against Bris pumped his numbers.
Maybe Roo kicks 30-35 and Paddy kicks 35-45 if they go injury free.
Also Paddy was not AFL fit tended to be good for 5 minutes disappear for 20 then have another good 5 minutes as he gets fitter he will impact games more.

The other night I was googling away trying to find out more information about this Super Moon. When up pops an ad with David Koch and his bloody bald head.

Talk about a Super Moon; talk about synchronicity

I guess it depends on his body mainly, if he plays 16-20 games I'd be hoping for 35-40 goals, but I'd also be pretty focused on his numbers for contested marks and goal assists. Hoping his body holds up and he doesn't have any more knocks to the head.

Well, technically, Jesus is the Greco-Latinised form of his Jewish name, Yeshua (literally "Yahweh-God will save us"), or Joshua. So He'd actually be Josh O'Joseph.

And technically, the word commonly translated "carpenter" is really more of a tradey-builder-worker type. Most Nazarenes were probably conscripted at the time by the Romans to help build a city called Tiberius - named by Herod after the Roman Emperor he was mates with. Jesus grew up basically being forced to build a city that was a symbol of oppression in the local area.
Wow. Imagine being forced to work to survive.

I'm going hard, I reckon Paddy will kick 70+ goals in 2017. The P train is coming.

Hmmm, lots of neutrals have us in the 8 for the 'Final 8' thread, but virtually no nods in the AA 2017. Not sure what that says... good team balance?

Well if you're familiar with working for a government that occupies your land, exploits your people, and wants to eradicate your culture, then okay. :)

Kind of like what the afl does to us? ;)

Poor old Christian culture, so under threat....
Well, first century Judaic temple culture, actually. You might like to look up the Maccabees rebellion, and the Jewish War of AD70. Palestine was considered the only place in their empire that the Romans couldn't tame. Credit where it's due, though, they have it a red hot crack: and building Roman cities like Tiberius and Caesarea in Palestine were part of that.

Nothing to do with Christian culture, which would really not become a cultural force until about another 2 centuries (well apart from all the martyrdoms... I guess that was a cultural norm when the Romans were killing them...).
