Was going to be 6 hours last night, but fell asleep on the couch. Even Max didn't wake me up..
 
Just in the bank and the teller spotting my Cfc lanyard proceeded to tell what Carlton chances were this year and how lame a coach MM and how it took him 10 years to get a flag with Collingwood and would never with us.

I had mine last week. Met 1 out of 3 goals and still passed with flying colours. I can do no wrong in this role!

Nice!!

I just hate the self-assessment template. I know that I'm disorganized and I have paperwork everywhere, that's easy...but rating things like "tenacity", "corporate sense" etc is bizarre. And then the general comments section...what else can you write except "I look forward to the challenges that will present over the next 12 months"?

I find it a colossal waste of time tbh. Our company only really look at our goals these days to see how we did and then a general comments area if you have something to add. Much better way to do it!

Absolutely. If your manager is worth their salt you should know what they think about your performance anyway.

I had foxtel at mums we got it when it was only satellite and was called galaxy.

Haven't had it since I moved out. Currently run my computer through the TV and download anything I wanna watch. Can never go back to foxtel or regular TV. Can't justify the expense
