To OP, are you even allowed to use your phone in the car these days for anything but handsfree calls? The amount of times I see photos taken from inside a car on a freeway and I wonder what could happen if someone suddenly veers into your lane when you're unlocking your phone or whatever

That exact thing happened down the road from my house a few weeks ago, it caused a head on and resulted in two deaths. Apparently one driver was on their phone.
