What really brings me to the boards though, no football on a Sunday, wtf is this bullshit?
I don't really care that it's Port V Hawks, it's football, and it's Sunday.
Here I am on a Sunday afternoon, facing clouds which circle like something out of Twister, no football, 3 beers and no warm fire.
WTF am I supposed to do with my life?

Just watched "Body of Lies" with Leonardo DiCaprio and Russel Crowe. Excellent movie, definitely worth checking out if you get the chance.

New job is smashing me something fierce. It's a great environment, great people and I think I'm going to love working there. Pay is pretty decent too...
But jeez, I actually find myself with no time to spare. Literally, none. and I'm neck deep into it and today was my third day. I log on, and it's about 7:30am.... look down at my watch, and it's suddenly almost 6pm and although I have enough to keep me going until at least 7 or later, I just think "I've got an hour to commute, better head off". No more sneaky BF at work for this little black duck.

Speaking of movies, I just watched 'The Sunset Limited' the other night. For a movie with only 2 cast members (Samuel Jackson & Tommy Lee jones) and a synopsis of "Two men in an apartment with their opposing beliefs." It was a pretty damn good movie.

My son has in-term swimming lessons at the moment, so I started sending him with his swimming gear in the drawstring backpack that came with his junior member pack. It lasted all of two days before falling apart at the seams. Cheap crap.

The uproar when they changed it was pretty funny, in general I think it's better than the old one, it's certainly noticeably faster.

It's way better than the old site, except that the new smilies are even gayer, but hopefully that just encourages people to use them less.
