I believe in Karma. I think what goes around comes around. It always has in my life, for me & those around me thus far.

So I think he will get what he deserves sooner or later.

FWIW, I hope he suffers. Badly. For a long long time. I hope he feels the kind of pain & grief his victims & their family & friends have had to feel. I doubt that is possible, but I hope he is subjected to a life of regret, pain & grief.

However, perhaps thinking from a bigger perspective, he may 1 day be able to prevent something like this from happening again. He may be able to be used to stop someone who is in a simar situation. Dead he has no value to society. Alive though he may do.

Plus death penalty broadly speaking is a problem. What if you get it wrong

What if we find out some extra facts even in a case like this (not sure what they could be)

Then the poor bugger who has to push the button etc and kill people

Reading a Facebook post about the 10 year old girl who was killed in Bourke St on Friday and thinking about how fragile life is. I read one comment that said even one more second of life is worth a million seconds. Will resolve to cherish every moment of every day from now on.

This family doesn't live far from me and they are very prominent in the community. So sad and this prick was too unwell to attend court. Just send him straight to Barwon and give the guards a couple of hours off.

That's true, you have to keep your eyes and ears open these days

I was thinking the other day we lived in a street that curved around a whole block in the suburbs when i was young and i was like 6 and would ride around there and even sneak through the park and go further without telling mum etc]

I dont think id even let my 6 year old ride out of my sight these days. Too many jerks
