My hard drive is giving up the ghost after 4 years.

4TB of Movies and TV shows.

Copying them across to a brand new WD 5TB drive, at the failing speed of 400kb/s

ETA until completion > 24 hours.

Internal, ****ing SATA 3 (6GB/s) and it's trundling, in fact I actually think it's stopped copying.

Disk Image maybe?

Just found out mate who had a heart transplant has had a rejection... bugger

His brother died before he could get the transplant, dunno what to say to the family when things look sour

A client of mine, a 33yo mother of 2 young ones, just passed away from cancer this year. Unfortunately shit things happen to good people & there's not alot we can do apart from just being as best a support we can.

The other frustrating part is the people who mean well but bring religion into it, to people who dont value it

Yeah, agree completely. Each to their own & I guess to them they are just trying to help, but it's not 1950 anymore, not everyone has the same values & beliefs anymore.

That's such bad news... you probably don't need to say much at all, just be available to listen if needed

A man I know from the Apple Isle lost his wife one week and his daughter the next in the last couple of months, from unrelated illnesses... Not much really anyone could say.

For such a small population you guys are certainly doing tough down there at the moment. Hang in...:(
