Champagnat sprints well fresh in the first at Randwick tomorrow, and its pet distance is 1000m. I'd expect to get 5 or 6/1. Rikkizar will start roughly 2.50 and Beadman's mount 3.50, so 6/1 looks fair. Keep an eye out for it.

Yeah, Vic Park starts at 2:15 through 7:20. Randwick is from 3:05 until about then too. And of course Moonee Valley kicks off at 7 or so as well, so decent thoroughbreds tomorrow.

If it's 5/6-1 then i'll be on. Looks a great chance, esp with the claim.

race 2 #6 - Gunnadoit can break through here.

race 4 #2 - Poirot

race 5 #8 - Eight Kisses

race 7 #3 - Montserrat

From memory that's the one that goes around in the Souths colours isn't it? Potential there.

Back to Champagnat, if anyone remembers its Gosford win under a claim a few starts back in its last preparation, you'll know what it's capable of.

Yep that's it. Les Bridge the trainer.

Richie loves it, or at least did. Now it's run on for 4th, 2nd and 4th.
Yeah, he had it in his black bookers.

Eight Kisses looks the winner if it can back up from last Thursday. Luvuleo in that race I used to have an opinion of but since then it hasn't put a good run in. Anapine isn't going too well. The main danger to Eight Kisses I think is Wishyouweremine, which will be thundering home late. And Chromate will be fairly difficult to run down in the lead, too.

I expect the market to be something like this:

3.50 Eight Kisses
5.00 Wishyouweremine
6.00 Anapine
6.00 Patience n' Vision (the Beadman factor)
8.00 Chromate
10.00 Luvuleo
10.00 Lancole

Also, if Bennetts Green is going to return to form, the race he's in tomorrow is the one he's going to do it in.
