I might head up to this game also, i've only ever been to an interstate game once, vs Nth in Canberra, and we were living there so it wasn't really 'interstate'.

Wow....http://www.tigerairways.com/edm/oz/edm_20071025au.php

Melbourne to Canberra return for 2 Adults only $100!
Leave at like 10:30am from Melb on the Friday, return sunday, leave Canb at 11:55am, pretty darn good.

We were there in 2006, when Otters took the mark of the year. Our seats were on the wing ( near Otter) one row behind the players interchange bench. Boy did we hear a few things there and also made a few comments to the various players. But the view from this area was fantastic .

I might be heading up to this one as well with the wife and some friends. Last interstate one we went to was West Coast a couple of years ago, when Wojak did his knee. Not a fun game that one!

Spewing we didnt get a Brisbane game next year, wouldve rathered go up there.

If you can get them, seats on level 4 are great. Easy to get to (escalators!!), and brilliant view - although depending where you are, you might JUST have the near boundary line clipped... Though no worse than Telstra Dome or the new stand at Kardinia Park.

Somewhat cheaper and almost as good a view are the lowest seats of level 6, probably the first 10-15 rows or so? The main drawback is that to get to your seat, you need to walk up a big 'ol spiral walkway outside the stadium. Not recommended.

My season tickets are about row 15 right on centre wing on the concourse level, and anywhere around that distance will be fine. Behind the goals isn't as good as the wings for some reason, and be careful getting seats in the pocket as the wing seating sections can obscure a small part of your view.

For obvious reasons, I would disregard completely any seats further back than row 15 on level 6. You might as well stay at home and watch on telly.

It really depends on whether you want to be close to the action or have a birds-eye view; at most matches i tend to get seats around row 30 or so and they serve me well, good enough to be close to the ground and make out players' faces but still get to see the field generally.

I'm going to that game, but have a members seat next year otherwise i;d tell you if any good ones were on.
Where are you going to buy them from?
