When you put it like that, that is fair enough on THAT paticular player. I was more on the fact that NOBODY would be able to train if they didnt play there because that would stink in my eyes. How's the cheek of the player in question wanting to train there in the first place? I wouldn't want to if i shit on on a club

Not sure about Sth 2nds (if they are 2nds or 1sts) but have heard a bit about "Richo" from WRFL. Can assure everyone if he does play in RDFL for Centrals they will make finals and he will win club and come close to winning league B&F. Heard he is a freak plus with Nanners, Wheels, south boys and another WRFL backman centrals will be back on track
Surely if the Mods (IMS as OMNI cant vote for himself) were doing a "best of" for season 2009 this post would have to feature

Maybe south should worry about how much cash there throwing around to try get players there and worry about looking after boys at the club already or get guys who will stay more than one year. WORRY BOUT YOUR OWN!!!
Hey Pal, know need to bring Melton South into your argument. No south person is potting you or your club. Paul is my best mate, and also very close mates with our assistant coaches, noone from South is or ever will be bagging him or Melton Centrals. The RDFL is irrelavent to what we are doing in the BFL. We have always had a good relationship with the blues when greeny was coaching and will continue to, we need to stick together more than ever in this town. Anyone who leaves us to go there we wish well, good luck to them if thats what they want to do, the BFL is not for everyone, hope they enjoy it and still feel welcome to come home and have a beer and catch up with their mates anytime. Saying we don't look after our own is a crock, we would have had the least turnover of any club in our town for a long time and saying we are splashing cash around, come on, if you know South you know no reason to be putting that innuendo on an internet forum, good luck this year!

Well mate I would have thought they would have moved heaven & earth to do everything they could to retain the services of arguably their best player !!!
Last thing a Club (supposedly on the up) needs is for one of their Champions to walk.
He leaves = They blew it !

I played golf with the Mac president today and he was very disappointed. He felt they did eveything they could to get him to stay. End of the day he wanted to talk more about a new forward they are close to getting from Heathcote?
Speaking of golf Omni - after hearing about your drive on the 5th at Gis during the week maybe a summer on the practice range is required?

After finishing 3rd in the H&A he is still positive about 2010. He was quick to point out Blade did not win their B&F.

I believe they did everything they could, but he had made up his mind, so i don't think they 'blew it' as you stated. And no, i don't see any parallels, totally different circumstances.....champ!
