Good pick up by the Cats signing Dylan Wright. He was very good in th EDFL last year.

Looks like some of the heavy recruiting from clubs is pushing other clubs to take some risks recruiting wise. Be interesting to see how they all play out.
That would'nt be a problem Joblow, everyone has their own opinion, and i repect that,the point i was trying to make was, if the two best players were selected from every team, it would be a very good team, Yes you could make it stronger by using six of the best players from one side EXAMPLE' Burlak, Green, Grrrry, Dawson, yak, ect, i was trying to have representation from all clubs which would appease most clubs & coach's.
Good to see good numbers at Kilmore training hopefully they step it up this yr, word on the street Cats already in talks with Ass. coach Meldrum about taking over from the current coach after end of season behind closed doors, as certain events have occured which committee is not happy about, time will tell I guess. Can anyone else confirm or have any Idea about coach and player Fallouts over that way at cat land, my early tip for flag Wallan.
i cant beleive how much i laugh when i read this fantasy footy thread.between ims nicholls and kings army and others what have u guys ever done in yor football career to be able to get on here and talk up or down about players.can we try to get sum peeople on here that have actually played a half decent standard not reserves under tens or little leage to make the comments about players.

The two highest paid football commentators in Australia (TV and newspaper) never played senior football at any level. So I guess they should be sacked as well?
But you're right, it would be good to have some footballers on here making comments. Perhaps you could start?

I played bugger all footy so I guess I cant contribute greatly - I have however been an unsuccessful coach that past 2-3 years so maybe Im qualified to commment on the bottom 3-4 clubs I can maybe also talk about giving local kids a go if any clubs are actually keen on doing it still.
In regards to some previous posts Kilmore numbers have dropped by one after a recent praccy game - word on Sydney Street is Robbie Wittmer may be gone again. Good on Macedon if Big Al is next in line, whether it is 2011, 2012 or whenever Brendan finishes his stint they could do a lot worse than the reigning HDFL premiership coach - bloody good coach and a cracking fella
Lancefield still yet to play it's full hand, couple of handy one's to come - but with all the clearances in I'm tipping the Kanga's to $hit in both grades of footy. There are bound to be a minimum 10-11 senior blokes from last years team running out at Midday every Satdy if the transfer list is anything to go by.

I can confirm that former Glen Orden coach Adam Brookshaw has come on board with the Rams for 2010 as joint coach of the seniors with Lee Spry. Word out of Rockbank is that he is looking to shake things up around the club and make big improvements. I can also put it to rest that Dave Innella has officially resigned this week. This week also saw the three big signings of some WRFL guns including Michael Kennedy, Jaime Zerafa and Nathan Jackel. Looking forward to a positive year for the Rockbank Rams.
Good luck Brooka! Kennedy is gun, but the other two are still unproven.

Would you like this to be a players only forum? End of the day some people can play the game and some know about the game and some both.
You have the playing part but maybe you should join the RDFL Supercoach and show us your knowledge of the game?? If you are limited to RDFL knowledge it is ok if you give it a miss. Nothing wrong with being one of those people who can only play the game.
