Those were the easy bits.. parol evidence, incorporation of terms and implied terms all get me. So fluid in nature with regard to the application of rules to a set of facts.

Umm, I know there's 5 requirements:
- So obvious it goes without saying
- Necessary to give business efficacy
- Capable of clear expression
- Not inconsistent with express terms
- ... the vibe?

Reasonable and equitable (i.e. not partisan). That's for formal contracts anyway (from BP), the test is watered down for informal contracts in Byrne. Luckily I could avoid this question and the 5 i chose out of 7 had combos of my stronger areas. My mate only got through 4 slammed his writing hand in a car door the other day so was struggling to write poor silly.

Next RDT is already locked, loaded and ready to go. As are the next 5 after that

They're preset ready to be undeleted as soon as the current one is locked

Only mods can see them for now, but they're there ready and waiting
