Everyone's trying to make it out to be all sinister but just piss poor timing tbh. Wasn't a hurried scout like some have suggested, they'd done the homework, just one of those unforeseeable things. Just s**t timing with the injuries to Damo and Jarrod.

Had an interesting night. Threw my wallet out by accident at Westfield, didn't realise for 20 minutes, went back when I noticed it wasn't in my back pocket, and was lucky enough to retrieve it from the rubbish compacter which someone had forgotten to activate.
$20 and a new wallet later. So close to being stuck without a licence and the keycards to my building and room. ******* idiot.

Why did you buy a new wallet?
In the early 2000s when I went across the Nullabor for the first time, my mum threw her purse out at the fruit and veg quarantine point. So about 3 hours later we turned around and went back, somehow they managed to find it.
