Have to say considering our injuries and the fact we lost Mundy in the 1st Q today Harvey is really getting the most out of our 2nd tier and recycled players.
Griffin, Lower, Mzungu, Hinkley, Pearce, Clarke, Chrighton are all contributing significantly and more important the team is playing as unit no matter the personel being cycled through. All this should stand us in good stead in time.

It's been said before, injury to one person is an opportunity for another.

Happy to see Griffin & Clarke taking their opportunity. Interesting to see how they fit in the team with the return of some chap called Sandihouse ?.

Agree with E Shed's comments on the lesser lights, especially Crichton & Hinkley who seem to be getting to grips with the pace of the game.

Is Grover still considered a lesser light, or is he just a reliable pillar ?.

i could see sandi, griff and clarke in the same team. with sandi spending more time up forward and clarke playing this 3rd man up game.bloody excited about what clarke might become!

I also reckon crichton would make an ideal sub when other players come back. now that hes getting abit more confidance

Hear hear! Happy with all those names games today.

I believe it is spelt Crichton. All those that incorrectly corrected Eshed, have a helping of humble pie.

Until the weekend I think this has actually been lacking.

It seemed to be good last year, but I'm not sure it has been as good this year.

There is a fair bit of nervousness around roles and specific players from the coaching staff.

It is something Harvey seemed to be good at, so I hope he regains that philosophy.

Griffin has been great this year. Sandi not being available shouldn't impact out ability to win any more.

Clarke looks the goods too. That tap to Pav in the second was sublime.

This.

It's plays like that that seem to spark young players into the realisation that they can play the game at the highest level. Crazy thing confidence. Took a great pack mark from a kick-in late in the game too, you could hear the crowd giving him a little bit of extra love as if to say: "You're getting it young fella, that's all you need to do."

hopefully yesterday was a tipping point where we have contributors across the board. we've been reliant on the top five or six all year and the club was trying to stop that recently. it's that group mentality and maturity that will allow us to challenge and put fear into the hearts of the opposition as they expect us to deliver week in and out. great signs, but they need to be repeated.

Lower was my fav re-tread yesterday. Did the team things, put his body on the line. Crichton won't be a lesser light for long. He is developing good composure in traffic.
