I know for a fact we were into Mitch Robinson last year but Malthouse came out and said as long as hes still contracted hes a required player. Now hell be traded I wonder if were still into him, Round 3 pick shud do it

States the WB are interested in Casboult... I hope we throw our hat in the ring. He is the best contested mark in the AFL and is a freaking beast. The guy is massive. Yes he can't kick great, but he is no where near as bad as Butcher and has been improving rapidly. If he was currently in our 22 right now for say.. Neade, we would win this premiership.

What is the Casboult situation? Would have thought he was a required player at Carlton given his improvement and with Waite a year by year prospect.

Mitch Robinson would need his Mums help to do a colour by numbers. Whatever his football ability may be, he could be an off field liability in my opinion. Would rather not.

Has put off contract extension to the end of the season. I believe Carlton want him to stay but he either wants out or his contract offer from Carlton to be upped in the $ or years...

We've already got enough problems converting in front of the big sticks. PASS

Any insight or thoughts on Brett Eddy from South? I saw a bit of him when he was playing VFL, and until he did his ACL was looking a good chance of being picked up.

I have no issue with Robinson's ability. Is a very handy player. It's his lack of mental application that's setting off alarm bells. There's no way Carlton would be trading him otherwise. Fevola MkII, albeit to a lesser extent. Would be interested to see which club is keen on him.

Mitch Robinson can play and would be worth a look. I'd back our club culture led by Ken & Boaky to sort his off field stuff out. Because he played up at Carlton doesn't mean he will at Port Adelaide. Our leadership is strong now and i have faith in them making the right decisions in the off season.

''Luke Lowden has told the Hawthorn Football Club that he will be heading to Port Adelaide in 2015 to further his opportunities. The out of contract 24 year old who has played just one senior game with Hawthorn will sign a 2 year deal as a delisted free agent, the AFL free agency period starts in 25 days''

If this is true this is excellent :D
