Renewing for 2023

Has anyone renewed manually and can share the process? (I don't auto-renew services out of habit so prefer to do it this way).

I click on the link in the email that says, "Renew Now" but it doesn't actually take me to my seat / section after signing in.

So I can't be sure if it's a renewal or new application after choosing the package (which I've had for nearly a decade).

It's not very intuitive unless I'm missing something.

Sorry, ditto on the auto renewal. But they've told us a few times when I've rung them that you can call up and change the seating plan separately. So even if you get allocated a new seat(s), you should be able to swap it back to the old seat(s) easily enough.

My aversion to auto-renew sometimes causes issues (had a bad experience - (not GWS) where a cancelled auto-renew didn't happen - annoying to resolve).

Rather solve with a phone call but laryngitis! Family thoroughly enjoying my displeasure at least....
