My Suggestion For The Ability To Give Out Rep


* Re-set once a month
* Regular users can give out rep worth 3 points per repping either positive or negative
* Mods and Admins can give out rep worth 10 points per repping either positive or negative
* Whoever earns the most rep in a month gets 1 free month of BF supporter club membership, or a month extension if they are already a member
