Swans stuck to the cap - it just happened to be 9.8% more than anyone else. Once COLA removed, the Swans were banned from trading until they finaĺly got within the same cap as everyone else.

Its a bitch to play by the same rules as everyone else...but don't worry you've still got your Academies...
