Hi All,

I just tried to buy reserved seating tickets and it said it couldn't find seating.....

Is it all sold out or did I lose the battle against the intawebs ?

Doesn't look good, seems the only areas with seating available are the MCC and AFL members area, so if you don't have a ticket in the GA area by now, you may have missed out.

Stay tuned to the Ticketek website, they may release more seats tomorrow as sometimes they negotitate with the MCC members and get some access to seats up top in the MCC section.

MCC visitors passes and MCC reserved seating is also sold out.....

Will be a big crowd, many of the members who work in the city will come down after work.

If your a member just get there at 5:30 and scan your card and you will be fine.

If you have a general admission membership you will not be able to get in unless you have pre booked tickets or have a researvd seating package with your membership.

So there should be around 100 000 people there tonight
There are still plenty of AFL and MCC members tickets left for sale, so I don't think we will see 100,000 there tonight.

I'd say the MCC will be nowhere near full, while the AFL will have a few seats empty, but not many.

88,000 is my prediction for tonight now.

MCC visitor tix were sold out on Tuesday mate.

Will be a big crowd......

MCC is hard to judge, as there is a capacity....but plenty of people opt to remain in the bars during the game.....hence why there are often 'spare seats' in the upper deck.

You get a better view from the FGS on level 3, get in early......grab a table next to the big glass wall and stay there all night!

A mate at work is an 18 game member and hasn't booked. His thoughts are that he can still get in for standing room only areas. Is that what others understand?

I am an AFL Member and I got this email yesterday;

"AFL Members are advised that reserved seating for this match has been exhausted and only a limited number of standing room tickets remain for AFL Members only to purchase (guest passes are no longer available). Should the remaining standing room tickets be sold prior to the match, walk up will not be available on the night of the match. Please continue to check aflmembership.com.au regularly for updates regarding the status of this match."

It appears that pretty much everything is sold out.

Only option would be to take a chance on getting standing room.

Be interesting if raining tonight whether some people who have reserved seats stay home and watch it live.

Could try looking on E-Bay or looking for a Scalper;)

is sold out to the public, the 1st person to sing the club song in the Superstore at Westpac to staff will win 4 tiks.

That's off the pies official twitter site, says 38 minutes ago though, so I'd say someone has got down their already.

Keep an eye out though, Harry might put some tickets up later on, he sometimes does.:)

That's what happened in the Richmond vs Carlton Round 1 game last year. Everywhere said it was completely sold out but people still got in by swiping their membership cards and standing.

I wouldn't be banking on it to be the same tonight, but it's a possibility.
