But I've never really trusted the sportingpulse website, they've been instances over the years where they've definitely mistakenly identified the wrong player as the goalkicker. For example, only 2 weeks ago in the Swans v Ainslie game they gave Armstrong all of Broome's 4 goals.

I remember in the game we thought Kav cinched the award, Bryce was listed as kicking 6 goals and did not even play!

As for full forwards knowing how many goals they kick......trust me they all know not just Morton.

Queanbeyan beat Eastlake yesterday so the reserves will play them in the grand final on Sunday 2.15 at Manuka Oval

Grim seeing the seniors have the bye what are the requirements. Everett has played 12 senior games and in a lot of comps 12 senior games rules you out of ressies finals in weeks the seniors are not playing.

Also do the swans play Morton knowing he will play the prelim a week later?

It's ok Grim found it.

If a player has played 5 AFL games for the year they must have played 9 home and away NEAFL games to play in the seniors.

Any listed player must have played 3 games in the NEAFL to play as a minimum too.

Armstrong and Walsh will play, two weeks of no football going into a prelim would not be good prep coming in.

I would still play Morton in the reserves if we are alowed he still needs the game time to maintain fitness.

Bolded names are my definites. I dunno about the rest. I would say Cunningham but have been wrong before.

As for Toppys: Plug, Weir, Wray, Robinson, Sertbas, Naismith and of course Potter

Going to be those you named plus Moore, McNeil, TDL, Lynch a definite, Gordon and Spangher.

Not sure they'll go with Meredith considering his imminent delisting.

Not sure if I agree with those. I think the definites are (barring injury) TDL, Walsh, White, Armstrong, Spangher, Heath and Gordon for being on the fringes of selection for the seniors and Moore because he is the captain, on-field coach and best player all year. On form alone I would select Lamb and McNeil (who will be essential in the middle now that Everitt is ineligible). Kruger hasn't played in either final so he's well out of contention leaving Meredith, Brown, Lynch and Cunningham battling it out for the last 2 spots. They will choose one key defender from Brown and Lynch and you would assume that place would go to Lynch who has played so well this year in that spot. Meredith and Cunningham will be a tough choice for the last spot, do they go with the experience and versatility of Meredith but whose Swans career may be over after this game, or do they go with the youngster in Cunningham who does an important tagging job each week but was left out of the first final?
