Yeah, with you and Bedford on this one, very surprised they'd risk anybody who is seriously any chance of playing in the seniors ie. Morton, Armstrong.

If it wasn't a 5-day break I'd be less concerned, but I guess we have to trust the powers who must believe that getting a bit more work into Morton in particular will be beneficial enough to take the risk...

Not sure why Morton needs a run, he's had 1 full reserves and 1 full seniors game in the past 2 weeks as opposed to Parker who's had 2 one quarter-and-a-bits (but is ineligible) . Maybe it's more of a sign that he's not expected to keep his place in the team?

Before the finals series I would have said McNeil but he's been really good in the 2 games and we need inside midfielders especially now that Everitt is ineligible. It's probably a toss of the coin between Meredith, Cunningham and Nippa.
