If you ever wanted Richo to miss one game for the season, it would be against Freo at the MCG, where we have never lost to them (although we came mighty close in 1995). It will be tougher, but I still expect we'll win without Richo.

Why does Richo get so many injuries? Perhaps because its the style of game he plays that he puts such energy and movement into his game but its often uncontrolled and results in unnecessary collisions and putting excessive pressure on his body.

Or maybe its just bad luck.

Richo always kills us so it's good both ways then. We did beat you at Colonial in Rd. 4 2000 by 1 point. We've only ever won 1 game at the MCG.

if you decide to actually turn up on sunday you can probably look forward to number 2..the tiges could have as few as 4 over 190cm players on sunday.at most we will have 6 , one being a hack and the other a 17 year old first gamer..i am usually the optmistic type but i struggle to see how we can match up...

off to do a rain dance..

Don't underestimate Fremantle's mental strength (or lack of it) when travelling in Melbourne.

Look at last year's game - they were playing for a spot in the finals against a side that the week before had scraped through for its first win in over 2 and a half months.

And yet Richmond caned them, and managed to kick their first century score since Round 1 to boot.

I suspect it will be tight, but the Tigers should make it two in a row.

Richmond will probably win because we lack mental strength.

If we play like we should, then it will be a close game. I am hoping for the win but it's fair to say Richmond are favourites.

I think its fair enough not allowing the away side to practice on the MCG as it would take away some of the home ground advantage. However it shouldn't have been changed after it was stated the Dockers would be able to have a training session on the MCG before gameday.
