THE Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?
If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS

facts rule
words and language

RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS

present and future
philosophy & religion
can "get it" (i.e. meaning)
believes
appreciates
spatial perception
knows object function

Thats REALLY trippy. At first i saw it going clock-wise, then it changed after i looked away.
Weird

I was the opposite... Could only see it anti-clockwise and then scrolled down and all i could see was clockwise.. Now i can't see if going back the other way :S

The first time I saw this I could only see clockwise, then another time I could see it both, changing direction quite often. Now I can only see clockwise again.

Very confusing.

I can see both now, just follow the leg going either way and you can change the way it looks at will.

If you see her right leg as the extended one, then she's turning anti and vice versa.

Yeah I love this picture.

If you want her to change direction, focus on her foot.

That spun me out.
I could ONLY see her turning clockwise until I focussed on her foot; and yes she changed direction but then reverted to clockwise again.

I havent been able to do it again...DOH!

:thumbsu: wow that is trippy. At first i could only see it going clockwise and i was thinking that there is no way that it could be going in the anti-clockwise direction but now i can only see it going in the anti-clockwise direction and can't get it to swap back.

Is it something to do with how our brain interprets shapes and shaddows?
