Called this last week and said Boyd wasn't ready, for blasted for it.

In the end we didn't have as much choice, but we had weeks to plan with 26 players and make a smarter call with 1 or 2 spots in this team.

And then you've got Young trying to ignite some form, McGovern fumbling and Newman and Boyd not exactly electric at ground level.

Combined with an immature and defensively disengaged midfield performance from a few and you get a lot of defensive looks which eventually leads to errors and goals against.

You were spot on about Boyd.

Hollands doesn’t have the lower body strength for contested AFL football either. We are a long way off competing.
