I understand your point but we're building a team where position flexibility is a core component. Had our leaders stood up today it may have allowed our developing players to be more effective.

Graham is still miles ahead of Boek

As I said, Graham has endeavour, but can't handle it in tight - usually coughs the ball up and Richmond are away! Smedts, Boek and SPS though are only making less turnovers than Graham because they are largely spectating!
