There's two Carltons at the moment. One of them is an old or older player, playing well within themselves. The other is young, but just discovering itself; sometimes it's mistakes, sometimes outmuscled or out experienced, but they're having a crack.

Both are contributing, positively and negatively.

That's the age profile of the list. Due to years of poor drafting, we've only got 12 players between 22 and 27, 7 of them traded in. Only 6 of them playing tonight, and 2 of them are rookies, 1 is the sub. We're missing that prime age group talent.
