He was lambasted for his time at Brisbane where he made injured players train, ruining their careers, and even had one player beat up by his team-mates.

He is simply a disgraceful old fool who doesn’t deserve any air time.

It's really just a bit of banter, mate. He essentially makes a living off his footy opinions - and I would argue it's fair play to have some fun at his expense when they're so consistently rubbish. Just a bit of jubilation after a gritty win.
