Very raw performance but nearly all our kids showed in some small way why they deserve selection. Great team win and spirit builder.

I know I'm banging on about it but that fourth quarter is like gold for the coaching panel - it builds confidence and belief.

That alone can win you close games - and close games are the barometer for the season.

Harvey started the trend of moving the footy more freely… deserves more credit. Ignore Bucks when he says he tried that years earlier.. bar 16 weeks in 2018

Happy with the games of McReery, Ginnivan, Henry… and of course Nicky D

But Bianco and T Brown should be replaced next week by Harrison and McInness/ McRae

Hard fought against a side arguably at or about our level. Thought the scoreboard flattered them but we gave them too many of the opportunities that kept them in it.

Typical of the first hitout, plenty of rust so expect we’ll be better for the run.
