Well Ablett is doing his best to make sure he loses his perma captain tag. Personally I'm choosing Gaz this week as he would want to do well against his old mob.

Stevie J is a real show this week I reckon. He killed GC in both games last year and just loves playing the bottom of the ladder sides as shown by his scores against Melbourne and GWS. Obviously its always a risk with Stevie but I'd definitely have him in the top 3 captain options this week. I think Cotchin could be a great option this week too assuming Mckenzie goes to Deledio.

Ablett, SJ or (unlikely) Franklin for me this week I think

This is doing my head right in probably more that any other week this year. So many good options. Leaning towards Swan, but J. Selwood and Ablett are knocking

Swan, Ablett, Watson, Scott Thompson v Port. Pendles as a roughie in his first game back. Franklin to destroy GWS if he plays. Can't decide yet.

Have gone Ablett pretty much every single round bar the games he missed, and will probably end up doing so again. I ought to take the risk and pick someone else for once.

Ablett for me this week. A couple of years ago I switched it and he got 254 . This year I switched it after he got his 64 vs. St Kildaand he got 188 . I will never take the C off him again while he is capable of huge scores.

Although Mitchell vs. GWS should be a solid choice, he's just not capable of 250.

Jobe is in amazing form and loves to cut the Saints to pieces. Their lack of tall timber down back means he'll rack up the score assists/involvements and probably bob up with 1 or 2 snags himself.

I literally have no idea who to captain. I would have franklin no questions asked if he wasnt maybe still injured. I dont want to see him subbed. Selwood, thompson are the other two options. Selwood has never had 3 massive games in a row. Always scores one big 150 then drops back to 100. Has dropped 150 twice in a row this year but never then backed it up. Seems to score lower against easier teams.

Out of Gazza and J.Selwood for me this week; one of the harder captain decisions I have had to make all season. One of them will score big, not sure if both will. Might end up going for Gazza at the last minute, but have been leaning towards Selwood.

Would probs go Buddy if he wasn't under an injury cloud.

I'm going with Thompson as I reckon he is the safer option at the moment but I could easily see Ablett tearing the Cats up as part of a revved-up Suns outfit looking to give Geelong a serious scare.

My bias has got my heart locking in JPK... Against my head which is telling me the chances of GAblett having multiple games under 100 is just about unheard of. In fact, the chances are high that as soon as I move the C off Gaz he will smash out 356 or something stupid.
