Geelong lack major confidence under pressure, if we bring the same pressure we have been we should be fine.

But our poor history against Geelong may cause confidence issues with our players as well

I spoke to a footy coach once, whose team had not beaten their arch-rival in something like 33 straight matches. He gave me the ‘past history counts for nothing, these players weren’t around when that streak started, nor were they around eight years ago when the streak was at 15, or even three or four years ago.” They promptly went out and got rolled for the 34th straight time ……… by 90 points!

Th way this week's going by Friday we'll be scratching around the local leagues for filler, you blokes will only need to be half on...
we will make a deal

play at the G and we will rest dusty

Cat's board is under about 6 feet of water at the moment and fair enough too.

There wasn't much in the Hawkins hit but he's got a pretty bad record so I could see him getting a week ... but Duncan? Very unlucky. Papley made it look worse than it was on purpose I reckon.

Hawkins is dumb. Got Rampe high. Also, lucky to get away with this one too.

Think he was stiff. Rampe ran 15m to cannon into him ... no protection for Hawkins.

AFTER he deliberately struck Mills. Hawkins is a DUMB footballer and deserved what he got. Idiot did it in front of the umpire, after having already done it once this year. Deserved ehat he got.

Will you say that if Cotchin hands out a third jumper punch?

Just got off a plane and heard the news.

Just get down there and get the job done. As weak a Geelong side all season.

Will you say that if Cotchin hands out a third jumper punch?

Yes. I will. Cotchin has been lucky once this year. The one on Zorko was lucky. Only thing that saved him was it glanced off Zorko's forearm first.

Hopefully we don't buy into all the stuff about who's not playing. Still be a tough game against a team we haven't beaten in ages on their own dung hill.

Geelong could easily conjure together a few short people up forward and do an 'us'.

keep a lid on it

Menzel ruggles danger motlop are certainties to come in.

Good news is, the 4 12 year olds they played last week will stay in the team.

Dusty has been given the job of breaking them in.

I hate Geelong

Let struggles come in, he's so shit.

Not necessarily. We all thought it'd be tough without Jack, however we were fine. What worked for us against opposition teams may work against us if Chris Scott takes a page out of Richmond's and GWS' books who have both gone small with the lack of talks. Worked wonders for Richmond and GWS, why can't it work with Geelong?
I disagree. They just lost 2 of their best 3 mids and their key forward, not to mention Blicavs gone, Menzel, and Motlop in doubt. We should win this comfortably.

It's similar to us losing Cotchin, Prestia, Riewoldt, Rioli, Nank etc. I think we win this well, it's time to break the Geelong hoodoo, which would be massive for our club.
