t's the last round of the season and Nick and Andy are finalising their lineup before finals begin. They unearth a conspiracy against Jack, pay tribute to two old warriors fighting one last battle and give a complete breakdown of the Tigers big win over Fitzroy... sorry GWS.
Naturally there is plenty of hostility towards Essendon as well.

would have been nice to hear less on the bumbers and more on what is the best outcome for the finals

Tigers V Port or Tigers V Bombers or Tigers v Pies

Fair point, we had done the analysis but ran out of time. IMO:

• Tigers verses port is theoretically the best outcome if we play at the G. But the potential downside is that we may have to play that game at Docklands where we have poor record against Port. If we play at Docklands it also mean a lot of members miss out on tickets.

• Verses Pies is the worst result. Historically we just don’t play well against them in the Hardwick era, haven't not really gotten close to beating them. But they are still beatable and if we did get over then it will be one of the great post 1980 Tiger moments in front of 90,000 at the G.

• My ideal result in Carlton. Why? Because beating them is always sweet, I want revenge for last week, and all the other loses. I think they are playing mediocre football and lucky last time, helped by our team selection. They have likely lost McLean, Judd and Carrazzo, if we can’t beat them under that circumstance then we don’t deserve to.

Bottom line is I think we can beat anyone at the G. Pies would be the hardest, but against port, Carl, ess and even north we would, and should, start favourites with the bookies.

*Circle work ! You guys are showing your age :D
*Value in the win was playing under match conditions and executing game(against non RFC players), a run without getting phyically battered, no injuries ? (Pettard?), game time for those returning from injury (Grimes), confidence/momentum with win going into finals.
*Big Ivvy's ruck performance and his flexing some muscle against young rucks & Brogan.
* m. mclure can go take a BIG FLYING LEAP ***KER !! pseudo bt wanna be
* interesting contrast between RFC and efc. Dusty's dad contacts club and supports/promotes signing, & efc mum calls to chew out head coach (just wonder which players will be wanting to get to the RFC in the offseason ?).
* GWS player was hurt in the Sheds incident  , I wouldn't have thought looking at the incident ?
* I lean toward Lukie been a RFC man for his whole career and seems to stand up more against better quality opposition (nothing against A.Edwards)
* "Marital differences" LOL :D All the best to Coburg......Come on down RFC 2nds !!
* My boy Ben Darrou !!! Wouldn't surprise if he eventually gets elevated or traded for a good quality pick. Interesting to see how things play out in his regard.
* A little too much ess talk, I'm sure we'll continue to get bludgeoned with more in regular meeja ( though must agree with what you guys said, money talks etc).
* Here Here on Bachar !! :)
* We should not under any circumstance underestimate the bombers !!

Once again fellas nice one cheers :thumbsu:

Really? I was doing circle work in training 3-4 years ago, then again the team wasn't very good!

In hindsight I could agree more about Essendon, over it, just want to play footy.

Agree with everything else you say, except maybe I'm not sure if Lukey stays for life, but I wish him all the best whatever he does.
