1087/12 absolutely disgusting effort, the only positive so far my main POD in Lachie Neale who finally pulled his finger out scoring wise, although you cant expect 4 goals out of him every week.

Shaw, Buddy, Swallow and Hampton all big let downs so far especially Swallow after trading the prick in.

13/1241.
Have big Tom Lynch and Dahl to thank for it.
Powell-Pepper and Hampton a bit low, but they're playing and appreciating in value.

Do you still have Jack Martin as well?

Do you still have Jack Martin as well?

Not this year :(
Wanted to play a straight bat in terms of the starting team, more GnR, not too many rd 9 bye players, etc.
Love watching him play - great skills, good aerialist for his size, really throws himself at the contest and a decent tank (still trots along a bit sometimes)
Great to see him hitting his stride
:thumbsu:

Unsure why the long faces re Hampton.
He cost nothing, and has been close to your best cheapy. It was our decision whether to risk playing him on the paddock from the start, and then plough the cash into other slots. Proven to be a solid decision by the majority. He was also a serious injury risk and so far hasnt let us down.
If he can maintain his spot, not fall over, and a 60ish avge then i'll be stoked with him as a D5/6 until the bye round scramble.

Swallow apparently "tweaked his ankle" according to Rocket in his presser, which was the reason he was played up forward for a majority of the match. But has said he "should be right for next week".

The week I bring him in hoping to ride his $ rise and a decent score, and he gets an injury tweak. FFS.
Dam that's annoying. He would have made a packet this week otherwise.

12/1112. Factoring in Newman's 80.

Doesn't look nice on paper but seeing some other scores it's not too bad. Gotta decide whether to take the 123 vc from murph

If I do, danger will go 200. Put your house on it.

13/1243. Franklin & Shaw underperforming again. Taranto my lowest score with 60 so not all is lost. Have Pendles, Treloar, WHE, Nank, Butler, Beams, Selwood, Danger (C) & Parfitt to play. Projection is 2293. Hoping for better than that. Reality is 2150 is probably on the cards.

14/1285

First real taste of shit town all year.

Buddy & H Shaw....these two campaigners are really trying my patience....spudded 3 in a row now.

Heppell....2 in a row for him. Plodding along & for a captain needs to lift!!

Swallow....baffled. Suns dominate & he can't get a kick. WTF??

13/1207

SPP on field was a rookie error when I could have loop holed him with Parfitt. Hoping Parfitt doesn't go large on Monday or I'll be spitting chips.

Also, ditched Taranto this week, so happy he didn't stab me in the back. And almost traded in Swallow for JOM, so feel like I dodged an early bullett. Still pissed JOM off, his knee will drag on, the bloke will never be the same. Feel for him after having knee issues myself.

Some issues with Premos (Franklin, Vince) but will continue to back them in (Vince over Adams because of his injury history is destroying my insides)

Expecting Captain Danger to feast on the Hawks.

Curtly, I turned to you in a time of need and you have let me down in ways you don't even understand.

Welcome to your tape....
Mod that deleted my post, 'Welcome to your tape' is a quote from the Netflix original TV show, 13 reasons why. An amazing show depicting 13 reasons why a teenage girl committed suicide. Strongly recommend everyone watching. Dark Shanks, it's never an option. Stay strong, you can get through these dark times <3

1216/14, on track for my best score of the year

Martin, Parfitt, Adams, Pendles, WHE, Beams, Butler, Danger (c)

If I get dragged to 2100 I will praise the regenerative powers of christ

Pretty much. Applies to all rookies really, anything over 50 is a win.

Really up in the air as to whether I bank Murphy's 123 as VC or let it roll on Danger as captain along with most other people?

I'm in the same boat with Murphy (vc) ......you simply have to roll the dice on Danger

Swallow rolled his ankle in the first quarter.
And that Knee of Swallow looks so wrapped in bandage that it does not inspire any confidence in his body standing up, if after all this rehab, he still is wrapped tighter than a Mummy

Welcome to your tape....
Let you down !!.......what about me, told everyone yesterday to put Hampton on the field over Marchbank :'(:'(
