3. Holmes (not sure how Atkins is getting votes ahead of him, clearly BOG.)
2. Danger
1. Smith
While I disagree with Scotty (how dare I) and also put Atkins 4th, I have to say that his work in the contest was the best inside game I have seen from a Geelong mid since Dangerfield's 2022 GF.

Because he was better, as Chris Scott mentioned himself.
Atkins was in my votes under the old system, but thought he was clearly our third best mid after Holmes and Smith and feel like everyone agreed except Scott which is why he made a point to mention his game. Not because it was better, but rather because he is overshadowed by Holmes and Smith.

Anyway, not a hill I am willing to die on. Atkins was great I am just surprised Holmes wasn't consensus best on. Brings so much energy and composure to the midfield.

Sorry Tommy... this is why I don't really like the switch from the 5-4-3-2-1 to the 3-2-1 system.
Prepare ye the way for Charlie!

and Danger has heaps of recovery time to be able to have a massive impact on Monday week.

Not just Scotty.
Anyway not a hill you were willing to die on. Still gotta give him credit.
