Well, it's going to be a long bloody round, so we may as well start discussing our trades now...

I like the double downgrade: Mirra, Guelfi, and maybe ZGL

2 of Bonner, Holman, Brayshaw and Fritsch will go, all depending on round 5 scores and BE's

Is it Wednesday night already? :moustache:

Either I am losing track of what day ite is or these threads are getting created earlier and earlier!

Not that I don't mind being a tradeaholic and all. :D:thumbsu:

Bonner + ~$100k can get me Seedsman or Sicily
Will definitely consider it if the double downgrade doesn't happen

Nah not the Seed, will produce absolute stinkers

Suggestions of the seed will see Alf Stewart return.
He has as much consistency as curdled custard.
you guys do realise that history is not the be all and end all.. look at Savage for example

Seedsman is getting a heap of ball, playing that Brodie Smith role

Looking very good for his price, can't see him averaging less than 89 or 90, which is fine for D6 at his price. As I said, Bonner + $100k

I am about 99% I won't get him in, but I still think he's an alright pick

Yes. That's better. Sell it to the unwashed masses.
Embrace your inner used car salesman self.

Only because I'm confident I will double downgrade, and after that he'll be too expensive

I only brought it up because it was mentioned above

Will either be none or double downgrade at this stage...

Holman and Fritsch most at risk of the chop with Mirra, Guelfi and Cunico all intriguing me at this stage...

That being said still haven't done this weeks trades (any tips in the Round 5 thread would be appreciated) and it could (most likely will) go all to :poo::poo::poo: by Wednesday evening...

I'm not sure with Seedsman personally.

I can see the pros and cons with picking him (Broadie Smith out for the year and taking his role) and not taking him (been so inconsistent in the past)

There's always a player every year though that suprises us where we never thought of going there.

Maybe Seedsman this year is it?

At worst he will end up as your D7.

I think his injury history with dodgy groins would be a massive risk. As you said with no Smith there is clearly a more defined role for him than previously but definitely a high risk option if you ask me. Can do it and be a handy D6 or D7 but durability is my major concern for the Seed!

Yeah true mate, he has been very injury prone in the past....

Was hoping to get Oliver in - if Lacie Neale doesn't hit 110+ this week he's gone.

Melbourne have a pretty easy run coming up
Tigers, Bombers, Saints, Suns, Blues, Adelaide in Alice, Bulldogs, Collingwood

Only downside..tough run into finals times
Cats, Crows in Adelaide, Suns, Swans, Eagles in Perth, GWS

Speaking of trades you're hot.
Can I trade you for my wife :moustache:

McGrath > Mirra
Then either Billings > Heeney/ Sicily or Barry > Guelfi
