We're all just gonna have to ride J selwood till the byes. no point jumping off now
He was on track for a 100 today without the subbing, and then has GC next week (and in Geelong, where he has a good record), might as well hold on. He really needs guys like Kelly and Chappy back to help out in the midfield. He's been nothing short of a disastrous pickup though.
At least Hartlett got a decent score today in 81. Still had long periods of doing nothing, and isn't getting anywhere near the number of marks I would be hoping for, but he's improving slowly and got 21 touches today. A tonne is surely not far away!

Think he has become a good premo except fluctuation in his scoring. Wellingham and Adam Selwood both out of the side this week wouldn't have helped his causes I wouldn't have thought. I was gonna trade him in two weeks ago because I thought he had made the uber premo transition for a second there, glad I didnt. Still think he will be a top 8 mid, so I'll be trading him in when he bottoms out.

Joel Selwood get the fck out of my team you overated hack
I've had him since round 3, and he was averaging very well then. I brought him in for Danger who was struggling at the time. And a few people have said that about Selwood now, but he is severely down on previous years atm. He is usually a much better DTer than what we are getting served up atm. And will not average above 100? He has averaged up to 110 in years gone by, and I can't remember the last time his average was below 105, so that's just a load of crap as well. I certainly can't remember the last time Selwood has not reached the tonne in 3 successive weeks either.
A super premium well down on form, and people who have him have a right to be pissed off.

Not sure if i can hold on to him that long. Geelong have hardly lost a game, yet Selwood is dishing up shit day in day out. BE is now 140 odd.

Didnt he average like 103 last year? I didnt have him last year -2012
The year before that I did have him and he was down again barely scraping tonnes -2011
So his 110?? Would have been like 2010??
I'm out and havent got past stats but I'd throw out he hasnt averaged well for these past few years - with the decline of corey, bartel not playing as much in the mid, even going back to ablett leaving, his scores have been limited since he's become the number one at geelong
