"I'm not worried about the young kids now. This game is so quick, it's a game for young kids and with the rotations that they use, you know, they just keep the speed."

This is a very good point by tony shaw, i must admit i have never really thought about this!
The game has become relatively soft and quick, this favours the younger players! Maybe we wont taper off!

Yep have to laugh at some of the stuff that was said about hands in the back being aimed at players like Clement, they were still bagging him sat arvo FFS (Rex and Co) and he hasn't played for weeks! The suppossed stars like Hall and Fev are the ones who don't have a smick because I think they are so dumb they haven't even realised what has happened. Definately suits a lighter player like a Thomas who uses his natural agility to get up or in position, IMO part of Tarrants lack of 'spark' in his later years at CFC was his extra bulk, thats why Rocca is still going OK, is tall enough and heavy enough to hardly ever have to worry about getting in someones back. Look at Leon Davis, is coming along in leaps and bounds because he can use his natural agility rather than having to bash and crash.
