Neagle has thus far shown himself unwilling, and unable to put in the hard yards to ensure he makes it in the AFL.
Recruiting players that aren't 100% committed to getting the most out of themselves, is a no-go zone as far as I'm concerned - especially when they have already shown their hand in an AFL environment.
Neagle is a very average player that is not willing to do what it takes to be the best that he could be. If he manages to make it back on Essendon's list - good luck to him, because he's got a ****ing long way to go. As it stands, he's bordering on useless.
