It's a fair enough read.

I'd say the measure of success is probably none of the three things you mentioned though, it's creating a culture of retention and letting people enjoy the Sweet FA for what it is without annoying anyone. Some clubs fail endlessly in the sim and people drop like flies. Others fail endlessly and turn it into their schtick.

As such, we are elite.

But I agree that retention is #1 .....but to do that, posters have to enjoy the experience

Exactly. And ours traditionally do. Not that I'm responsible for most of the list that's there but the Royals share a view I do, recruit players and posters that suit what you have, not numbers.
