Ok, after consideration of the rules and finding that technically Pickitt did not break one, I have decided to remove the suspended sentence and let him off with a warning.

The rule will be tightened in the future, however as he did not become a listed player with his alt, there was no rule broken.

This is what happens when you allow rule sticklers (who don't even know how to interpret the rule) run the discussions on the rule.
