One down, two to go...

Don't take them. Sets a bad precedent when they just leave and can freely waltz back in.

Leave him out in the cold. He turned his back on the game that gave him everything he has and besides he is a confirmed drug user and will be 33 as was mentioned earlier.

I would be happy if they didn't take any of the union boys that turned their back on our game back. Rogers wasn't happy and wanted to come back, Tuqiri seems likewise, Blacklock was the same and now Sailor. If any of them told you they didn;t leave for the money, they'd be lying. Money talks.

It has also been reported that only the Warriors would consider signing him and that it would be purely an incentive based contract. Try knocking on unions door, Sailor.

If anything he might make it in super league.

They like people who are nearly finished playing in there comp.:thumbsu:

The ESL continue to tighten the screws on the amount of imports they can have. The quota is going to be reduced and the passport scheme where Aussies with English passports don't classify as imports is going to be scrapped to.

So I believe each club will be allowed 2-3 players from another nation (France, Australia, NZ, PNG etc) regardless of whether they have passports or not. I also believe the home nations (Wales, Scotland, Ireland) don;t count on the quota. Good news IMO.

Its about time IMO. Have a look at some of the players that went there latley and it shows a worrying trend. Matt Sing, Mat Gidley, Jason Cayless, Mark O'Neill, Micheal Vella, Clinton Toopi, John Skandalis, Jamaal Lolesi + several others and it shows that most of them are old and towards the end of there careers.

Is there a salary cap in superleague?? if there isnt then it becomes even more obvious why older players go over there.

I believe there is a salary cap at the moment and that it is being reduced. Hence the reason for Wakefield at the top and St.Helens, Wigan and Hull not in the top 6.
