Saints Pride was started to support the Pride Game and to promote inclusion and equality.
I hear and understand people's concerns that these type of activities are a distraction to the club's main goal of winning Premierships. Saints Pride aims to provide a safe space for all to engage at the football and with the Saints Family.
The St Kilda FC is more than a football team, and can accomplish great things on the road to Premiership glories. Saints Pride will help ensure the journey encompasses all.
Feel free to join us at Midsumma Festival on Sunday January 15 in the Alexandra Gardens between 11am and 4pm. We have a joint stall with the Ruby Demons in the sports section close to St. Kilda Rd.
Also, the Pride March is on January 29 in St Kilda. We will be marching with the club in club colours with Matt Finnis, staff and players. Feel free to come and join in.
