A shortened version of the player by player review I did in my blog.

Summary
Notable absentees
Lenny Hayes
Stephen Milne
Jarryd Allen (on crutches)

Player Highlights
Leigh Fisher looks to of improved in almost every area.
Max Hudghton was on the angry pills.
Jason Gram looked lazy but talented.
Stephen Baker completed most training but did some run through work on his own under the eye of some of the trainers, my personal theory being they are looking at his running style.
Justin Koschitzke took some nice marks, kicking for goal was poor though.
Nick Riewoldt and Koschitzke were available to chat to with one of the young fans (who I think may have had cancer) was very nice to see.

Structure of training
Came out and did some light kick to kick
Did some jogging
Run through work
Stretching
More run through work
Stretching
Some circle work
Match simulation/light contested work
Warm down (after someone kicked a goal to earn this I believe, players were very happy.)

Can't get enough training details, as we don't have that many BF posters who get down there.

Always looking for some updates on how the prospects are going, such as whether Jack and Macca are likely to force their way in, whether Armo has picked up a yard, is Ejlay a likely type, are Ooh-Aah and Harry improving their touch and mobility, is Gilbo working on his kicking, and how are Ray and Begley settling in.

You've answered one of my other queries on Kosi's goalkicking.

there is a detailed report on my blog (its my site in my profile)

should answer a few of your questions.

I like. I like. Nice write up jam, appreciate the effort. :thumbsu:

Write up on the saints website about training here.
All i gotta say is about time.

And if you're desperate, here's some pics.

Good sign from the saints site.

Generally haven't even looked on their during the season, but hopefully more regular and interesting articles can get me looking there.

Looks like the saints review is very similar to rose's. If you notice the contestedfooty.com post was at 12:02 pm and the saints.com one was posted at 2:39 PM. Interesting that... copying?

Goddard has a knack of always hitting his target perfectly. He was also one of the more vocal in the group, constantly encouraging youngsters and senior players alike.

Brendon Goddard- Disposal is easily the best in the team, Brendon was also very vocal, impressed.

Hmm easily the best is pretty over the top. I'd say Nicky Dal has just as good disposal if not better.

EDIT: Speaking of which, by the looks of the photos, Dal looks like his bulked up a bit? Interesting. Might be looking for a big year on the hard ball :)

I would like to see nick on the hard ball, but to me he seems like he is a more outside player. Be funny to see the pretty boy with some bruises.

If i was you i'd stick to the dees weasel. Would be more advantageous to get the boot up their bums rather than start chucking darts at nicky.
