this is the first year i've gotten a saints membership. i live in adelaide so i got an interstate membership.
i plan to head over to melb so see the geelong game and was wondering.
A my membership card says i have access to 5 home games, do i automatically get a seat?
B, if i bring a non member friend, can i sit anywhere in the stadium with them if they get a ticket?

i don't know how it all works and i hope someone can help me out.

1. Yeah you're entitled to a seat, It's going to be a fully ticketed game, so you will need a seperate ticket that has an assigned seat number on it. You just go through the ticketmaster site and click on club members, enter your membership number etc. It costs $6 IIRC, which is the handling fee ().

2. Your membership only entitles you to sit on level 3. If you want to sit anywhere else like level 1 or 2, you yourself are going to have to pay full price as well as your friend, which is about 40-60 bucks.

I hope that makes sense.

CHBench is right but just to clarify the first point, you're entitled to attend 5 St Kilda homes games and this game is one of those. However unless you are a member with a reserved seat you will need to pre-book. The game is going to sell out weeks before the match.

If you want a level 1 or 2 seat, you'll both have to pay extra for the privilege. You'll then have the cost of the entry fee deducted from your ticket because you are a member. For example a level 1 seat is $36 if you purchase it on the night. That means your friend would pay $36 and you would pay $17. However bear in mind that you will have to pay more than that because you will need to pre-book and with that comes the handling fee. Level 2 costs more than that Level 1.

I assume a level 3 seat will be free (plus the handling charge). That means you'll pay $0 (plus the $6 handling charge) and your friend will pay something around $25. There may be some premium seating sold up there too but I don't want to confuse you any more.

I don't know if I've helped or confused you but if the only thing you've taken from the last two posts is to book your tickets EARLY, all is good. :thumbsu:
