Firstly i just want to say great win against the catters, there is nothing better than watching Garry Ablett Jnr throw a tanty like a 2yr Old.

I have been watching Sam Gilbert over the last couple of months and in particular this week, was one of your BOGS. If he is out of contract sign him up now before GC scoop him up. I see that he his from QLD and maybe GC will use the home factor to lure him.

Signed a contract extension until the end of 2011 about a month and a half ago. Very happy to keep Gunbert, Gold Coast Gays can go roger themselves.

Just signed an extension until 2011.

Gilbert was awesome and my BOG. His composure, timing and sense of space was simply sublime.

I am going to rob a bank with Gilbo, chuck the cash in a bag, throw it to him and watch him walk it out the front door past the cops who can simply not cuff him.

Dude he's untackle-able. Those side steps are epic.

And he can take a bloody awesome mark going back with the flight.

After a mediocre 2008 I was doubting whether he'd ever reach his potential, but damn he's proved me wrong!

SAMMYY

Oh and those tackles he lays, ****, they stick and I reckon they hurt too!

I dubbed him 'teflon' on Sunday afternoon, no one could get a hand on him. It was great to see.

he also is the tackle machine. Once he gets his disposal by foot a little better he'll be a dead set superstar

Spot on A2R! The only thing I like about rugby is that's where Gilbo plug got his side step from - maybe some of his tackling

His kicking is actually pretty good, unorthadox, but effective. His in the same form of a Lenny Hayes. NRL player, can sidestep, tackle, uncoordinated, but damn good.

Both have the same don't argue too.

just wait till he buffs up abit, going to be one of the great players of our game, he is taller than Riewoldt yet he is almost un tackle-able (even a word? lol).

Hope he doesn't defacate on hotel floors like an NRL player.
