Aaron played a massive game today. Clearly, the best for us. An enormous amount of hitouts.

Other teams fear him. He is a massive unit and will dominate any game against any opposition ruckman. But when is our club and our coaching staff going to figure out how to use this tremendous individual to our advantage? He has been in the team long enough, I'm sure with this sort of player in our team it should be extremely advantageous to us.

Other teams seem to work him out more than we do. All opposition players all play off him as well. When are we going to figure this out and win games with Sandilands dominance?

We seemed to win the bulk of clearances today - the problems aren't there.

When you turn the ball over so much in the backline and middle, you can't say that has anything to do with Sandi in the ruck.

Bingo

Loved watching Sandilands play in the ruck and up forward. When against other players he seems like an immovable object, no one has the height or strength to challenge him.

I guess it would be pretty easy for opposition teams to get the taps as each tap sandilands an our mids prob have a set play in mind or area where they want tap to go.
Oppsition ruck doesnt try to win tap an tells his mids ok im going to try an stop him tapping it this way an tells his mids to go to this area.
He then pushes an shoves sandi an blocks off the area suggested.
Makes it hard for sandi to hit it where he wants when other guy isnt trying to tap just trying to stop him getting a clean tap.

Shows how good fraser is wasnt he picked for his mobility around the ground.
Yet Sandilands not only won the hitouts he also racked up alot more possesions around the ground.

He needs to try an jump more when down forward instead of just looking to out muscle them.
Unstoppable if he jumps to take ball at full stretch an umpires pay holding and arm cops against him.

We're winning our share, but when you give the ball back so often...

It isn't easy, He's one of the leading hit out to adv % ruckman in the league, yet we have a shit midfield.

What they said!
