WOW. 12 tackles for Sinclair.

Coaches have reportedly wanted Sincliar to work on the defensive aspects of his game. Looks like he has taken note!

Sinclair to me just has that touch of class about his game. If we can get ALL his numbers up in the seniors I believe that he is capable of making a real difference.

To me Sinclair is on the cusp of being the next cemented in spot in the 22.

Who comes out when Billings, Lonie and Sinclair become locks?
Bruce, McCartin and Membrey

With the plethora of key forwards a small forward like him and Lonie will be crucial

I actually see Sinclair as a future mid, and potentially one of our missing-link gun mids if we are going to be Top 4. He needs ecome more rounded for sucha role and 12 tackles playing as a mid is a good start.

Reason being is his silky finishing skills, smarts, that he works well in traffic, pace when he needs it and ability to link with other players.

They wont all play this week, will probably be only one come in at the most.

Eventually though I think they will all be ahead of Wright and Minchington though.

Minchi could be following a similar path to joey, in and out of the team for a few years until he became a best 22.

Some of the things minchi does makes me go wow and I think he could make it.

16 touches on the weekend one of his better efforts and much needed.
He will keep his spot on the back of that
Sinclair, Lonie and Billings are all clearly best 22 going forward. Have no problem with them spending some time in the twos to iron out the weaknesses but they are all very much core players IMO.
Im not fully sure that they are all best 22 for years to come.
Billings will always have the ability but Sinclair and Lonie aren't guaranteed anything.
I probably have more doubts on Lonie he needs to improve his game at afl level or other kids will go past him.

+1.

It seems Richo wants Jack to work on the defensive side of he's game.

Hopefully won't be to long before we see Sinc & Gresh roaming the inside 50 with little spurts on ball as they gain more experience & exposure in the middle.

Exciting times - Billings, Lonie, Gresham & Sinclair as the goalkicking mosquito fleet.

I posted something on the Richo thread about the small and medium forwards being trained by Sammy Hamill to bring defensive pressure to our forward line. Big success in terms our game plan.

12 tackles on the weekend wouldn't have hurt

Let's hope!

Starting to have withdrawals not seeing the Sinc in the RW&B.

Although the Gresh is a close second, sorry Barrels ;)

I agree. The reason he's playing forward is because he's a skinny shortarse. Plenty of potential to become an awesome shortarse like Joey.

Sinclaires game was seriosuly good better then Lonies in my opinion. HIs disposals are gold, doesn't panic, always hits a target by hand or foot and tackles hard. Watch his goals again, both were extreamley good. Going early here but looking at his attributes ut think in the end he will become one of the a grade mids we've been looking for. In his games so far if you isolate some of things he's done he's got a really high ceiling.
Watch this space the kids gonna be a star

Tell us something we don't know ;) :p

Haha fair, I just think that compared to others like Billings, acres, Gresh Dunstan and ross he goes a little under the radar. he will be just as good as those mentioned. He just has very few flaws in his game
Bloody oath mate.

Hopefully back in the senior squad sooner rather than later :)

Rookie pick always puts players under the radar.
He may be having a spot of second year blues this season.
He finds more of the ball than Lonie. He gets as many clearances as Acres.
