Homemade dumpling sauce - soy sauce, rice wine vinegar (about 2/3 of soy used), little bit of brown sugar and chopped up thai chilli's.

Where can you get the chilli sauce most joints use on a HSP lack? Is it the same as the orange bottle of master's hot chilli sauce?

Ogalo hot chilli sauce and Betty's burger special sauce. Sooo good! Also coles special burger sauce is pretty much identical to the big mac sauce.

I think so. Thats what i use at home. Otherwise if you have a local veg/fruit store they sometimes stock international sauces. Could see if they have a specific chilli sauce.

I love Cafe de Paris sauce, but it’s a calorie bomb and way too complicated for me to bother making it very often.

add more cream and thyme when you melt the butter
Im sure that will freeze too

hollandaise is a warm mayonnaise probably the eggs causing the problem there theres no cream

Probably German mustard. THOMY mustard you can get at the foreign food section at Woolies. It's good stuff.
