Thoughts? Considering downgrading Cripps to upgrade one of Wines or Crouch but not entirely sure.

It's a pretty reasonable team.
Defence - do you think all three rookies will play R1 or are they just fillers for the time being? KK is the only person in your Def that I'm not a huge fan of, in saying that I do have Langdon in.
Mids - I'm not a huge fan of Cripps and Boekhorst, just wait and see if any other rookies jump out real soon. I'm not sold on Wines making a jump to the premium status as I don't really see a huge improvement coming from their already strong midfield. I'd do a downgrade of Cripps and upgrade Wines with the leftovers (just my opinion).
Rucks - Goldstein is just an ugly ugly dude and just for that you should not have him.
Forwards - All sweet.

Promised myself I wasn't going to post my team here, but since I'm not in any BF comps this year and I'm definitely not taking home 50k, I could probably use some advice. I've tried to come at it from a different angle this year, I generally pick the same guys and have the same tactics.

Solid team, not sure about Macrae as he will cop a tag every week almost.I'd go Geary to Savage or Ibbotson but thats just personal opinion, nice team

Hey dude, solid and pretty stock standard team, there isn't any real risks at all and I think I've seen a few teams that are very similar.
My only thoughts are that I don't think Wines can improve much more than maybe 7-8ppg and that Goldstein is too ugly to be in any team. So what will set your team apart from any other?

With only a little bit of bias I would say Crouch, but I am not expecting him to start on fire, I think he'll come on more during the middle of the year. Prestia is a great call and I think he'll smash it out this year. I have sidebottom in my team and have had him since SC opened, I think he can be a top 8 midfielder this season, so getting him in and sacrificing elsewhere may be beneficial.

WX will most likely be nursed back through the VFL, Hawks are taking a very cautious approach with him. Birchall injured his medial and whilst he may play round 1, might not be in the greatest of nick.
Anderson is a good choice, however I feel that he may be a prime sub candidate, at least to begin with.

I like it. Not sure about rampe but he did look good the bits I saw the other night. Probably can't see Nielson playing a lot, if at all this year though. We do have a few injuries back there but he didn't do a lot in nab 1

Solid team as long as your def rookies play. If they don't you may need to restructure. Looks as good as any atm tho. I'm tossing up between bartel/lids/Goddard / zorko so interesting to see you've gone with zorko.
I have an alternate backline, with rookies subject to change. There are enough Lamumbas, Dochertys, Hurns, Whitecrosses and Goodeses to have options.

I get what you are doing but it just looks one short up forward. If you could go Crouch > Lambert and put Dusty forward I think it would be a touch stronger.

Fell out of favour a fair bit when Lyon came on board.
Seems to have picked up his act, so is looking pretty good. Would want to see him in another outing before I get too comfortable with him though.
He must have had a lot of 'energy drinks' that day.
