Mids are a little light, if I were you id be downgrading one of my Fwds, prob Zorko to Wells or one of the Defenders, KK to Weitering and upgrading Crouch to a midfield jet.

I'm thinking only running with the 4 premo mids is more risky.
I like the S. Gray selection. I'm considering finding the coin to bring him in also.
When you consider his finish to last season and his early form this year, he is starting to string some solid scoring together. Still a risk, but no more so than Hall/Lonergan/Sheridan types I would have thought. Higher price point obviously.

I have the same structure, slightly different premos and rookies, but I'm finding that structure to be optimal.

Solid structure and strong premiums.

Personally I'd downgrade Hannerberry to Rocky/Shiels/Parker and prefer Mills over Oliver if you have to choose between the two.

weak draft. weak mid prospects imo.
all those you named are from previous drafts.
all come with an injury risk.
crap year for mid rooks.

I'm happy to go with Sam Gray over players like Wingard, Buddy, Greene. Reckon he has more upside than all of the 450-500k forwards being a pure onballer. Whether he plays predominantly through the midfield this year is the only real risk. Otherwise I reckon he can go 100+

If Hinkley doesn't play him predominantly midfield then he didn't learn from his mistakes with Sam when they tried him as a forward. Pure ball winning mid.

I'm not confident in starting Gore on the ground so I would downgrade Wells to Cockatoo & Upgrade Gore to a Menadue/Gresham for example.

Also no Pendles?

Yeh gore will become Gresham if he's not named round 1. I wouldn't downgrade Wells to do it though.
I'm not as confident on Pendlebury this year. I originally had him but after seeing Fyfe I upgraded. If Rocky or Ablett are injured round 1 I'll probably switch one of them to him though.
