Unless Scharenberg's career gets ended because of injury, then I still back it in as the right choice.

Aish would've just been another mid-paced 182cm midfielder with a light frame. We needed a 190cm defender to replace Shaw and eventually Maxwell.

I think Beams and Pendlebury can do the Aish role. Freeman adds dynamite speed. Scharenberg adds the utility that can cut you up. I think he'll turn out a bit like Goddard.

Definitely the right decision structure wise.

If the injuries never heel, then it will obviously go down a mistake. But too early to tell and from what I know he is back running and looking at a return this year.

Spot On. We had Simmlar Players to Aish where we did not with Scharanberg.

Freeman gives the Dynamite Speed we have been Mising

Rocket said this morning at the breakfast that the club is in no worry to get scharenberg on the park this year. Scharenberg is a pretty determined kid and will look to get back, if so it will be around round 16, 17. His next progression is a fitness program.
Well if thats his best bet for a full recovery so be it.

Aish has just slotted straight in and looks like he belongs straight away... I can't believe a few clubs passed him up

If Lennon debutes then everyone from the top 13 of the 2013 draft will of played except for the Collingwood boys... :(

To be fair, they are (by design) playing for amongst the worst clubs of 2013

GWS x 2
St Kilda
Western Bulldogs
Gold Coast
Brisbane
North Melbourne
Melbourne
West Coast
Richmond
Carlton

Exactly. He'll need to get injury free so he can join in preseason THEN play footy next year. No point trying to run around in round 19 or something killing himself because he simply won't have any sort of a tank. Pointless and lets just forget about in until the start of 2015. He will be our new recruit with Moore.

Wanted to add.

If we did get Aish , who is to say he would have broken into our midfield. Not really our biggest issue for selection atm. Adams, Kennedy & Thomas all playing 2's currently.

Would be hard for Freeman to get a game if he was currently fit.

Google;
Judd chicken wing
And;
Judd eye gouging.
And;
Judd Pressure Point.
Then you will see why Hodge has it over Judd as a player in our great game.
