Now I want to start off by saying that I don't mean any disrespect to Russian. He has done an awesome job for a number of years running this competition and I am grateful for that.

However, it is coming towards finals time (round 19 of the AFL season) and we have not had a ladder update since round ten. I think we should all, if we have time, try and count up the scores of our own teams for the recent weeks. If there is to be any replacement players we could still leave Russian to make the call on this.

What do we think?

If Russian wants/needs help he should ask...I'm sure most of us would be willing to. We all have our own lives to live and poor Russian has all of the work to do...
